Our Story
After years of running restaurants in New York, we experienced firsthand how broken restaurant technology is. Hidden fees that ate into margins. Support that never responded. Software that felt like it was designed by people who had never worked a Friday night rush.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we started building Plasma — a POS system designed from the ground up by people who understand what it's actually like to run a restaurant.
Today, we're a small team based in Brooklyn, working closely with restaurant operators to build technology that actually helps. No venture capital pressure to maximize extraction. No legacy code holding us back. Just a focused mission to make restaurant tech that doesn't suck.
